JOHN loses 62lbs and 27% body fat in 9 months
I was diagnosed with Adult onset type-2 diabetes over 14 months ago and was clinically obese. The specialists had prescribed various drugs which just managed my condition and over time my condition would become worse. I did some research and discovered I was just a big fat couch potato that would die 10 years prematurely if I didn’t do anything about my situation. At the right moment Phil appeared and gave me the direction and encouragement to get my health back. It’s not easy but you have to believe that you can do it. Hard work, clean eating, plenty of exercise, and a positive mental attitude will take one a long way. I have now lost 62 pounds and expect to put my Type 2 diabetes into full remission very soon.

Fab at 63!!
I've always tried to keep in shape but as I grew older I have found it more difficult to control my weight. Phil put me on a specific nutrition plan that cut my weight quickly and effectively. I now use this plan to keep myself toned and in good shape. And, by combining this with a programme of high intensity exercise this has succeeded in reducing my body fat and slimming my figure. The high intensity programme is hard and I have cursed Phil out loud on more than one occasion, but it is quick and effective and I am now confident that as I get older I have the necessary tools to maintain my muscle tone, fitness and health.....
.... On a separate note if you ever get invited to Phil's house for dinner do not be surprised if he has you working out before the starters arrive!

As a complete novice to training at 77, Phil has completely changed my life in three and a half months of coaching.
With his patience, professional and fun way of training and together with his positive attitude towards his clients you make progress without realising it. He has the patience to explain and show us again and again. He is a true professional and kind man and if it had not been for Phil I would not have lost over 9 kilos in weight. DOUG 55, Lost 17 pounds in 12 weeks

When I first met Phil I was running on a treadmill 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week for years. I never lost any weight in fact I got fatter and my diet was poor. I saw the results Phil was getting and he put me on a completely new fitness and nutrition regime. It was a revelation to learn that I did not need to eat less to lose weight, I just had to eat better. My long slow cardio regime was thrown out and in came 5 days per week of High intensity exercise for only 10- 15 minutes per day as well as a strength/weights session of about 15 minutes. This new eating and exercise regime has literally changed my life. In 3 months I have lost 17 pounds in weight (fat) and gained lean muscle. I have not been this fit and healthy since my army days and am now totally committed to this new lifestyle. On our one to one sessions Phil is patient but demanding and he always gets the best out of me … and still does! - I have a suspicion that he used to be in the Special Forces though he tells me he was a model/sports agent … I’m not convinced :)

I'm sure others have said it but Phil has quite simply been an inspiration to me. I was not overweight apart from some annoying fat around my lower thighs and knees which, by the way, Phil kindly pointed out :) I also lacked any muscle tone especially on my arms. Phil carefully designed a fitness regime that would build muscle tone throughout my whole body and this coupled with his 20 minutes of very intense training cut the fat. My son saw me in the gym and said he had never seen me work so hard!
Phil expects you to succeed which helps build your confidence and so after a complete nutritional overhaul where I adopted everything he said down to the last detail I now have the athletic figure I always wanted and I feel great. If you follow his advice, it works ... and incredibly it only took 10 weeks.
