Phil specialises in private training sessions which can be at home, gym or other outside locations. His unique blend of encouragement, application and humour make for effective training which are always enjoyable.
EXERCISE AND NUTRITION PROGRAMMES
Full fitness test (aerobic), height, weight, fat test, full body measurements, resting pulse rate, blood pressure, strength test, structural balance, current nutrition and exercise analysis, injury history. Comprehensive test of exercise capabilities.
Based on your personal goals a full exercise and nutrition programme will be designed and tailor made for you for an initial 6 week period.
SMALL GROUPS TRAINING
These sessions can be tailored to your individual programmes or one off sessions for friends or visitors. (Ideal for holiday guests or clients)
Specialized training in running technique combined with aerobic and anaerobic fat burning workouts.
